Teachers CAN have selected its very first Alumni Committee from the fellowship. The goal behind the alumni committee is that they will serve as representatives of the four (4) cohorts and further work with the Teachers CAN team to expand and grow the network of young teachers and work more actively in the education ecosystem.

The Teachers CAN Multiplier Programme is a vital component of our mission to build a dynamic network of change agent teachers and allies committed to ensuring every child in South Africa receives a quality education. It creates dedicated spaces where educators not only develop their leadership identity but also join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are ready to drive systemic change.
Meet our 2024 Fellows
The Fellows are between the ages of 23-35, with 2-5 years of teaching experience in South African classrooms. They demonstrate the potential to become the change agents who will drive the agenda of quality education for every child in South Africa.
