Kgomotso Molotsoane

My name is Kgomotso Unice Molotsoane. I am a foundation phase Educator at Boineelo Public School and studying towards my Honours Degree in Learning Support at the University of Pretoria.

I became a teacher because I am passionate about working with young children, and I also wanted to make sure I contribute positively in our black community.

My passion about forming a community for other teachers came from being bullied and victimised as a young teacher. The community will help other young teachers to stand for themselves and share what they are facing in the workplace and in life in general. This will help to build a strong support hold of young teachers who are thinking of changing profession and leave education all together.

My area of interest in education is policy making. The current policies are putting more pressure in educators. Teachers are only teaching anymore. They are a lot of administration than teachers.
