My name is Sanele Tshabalala, and I am an educator by profession. I was inspired to pursue teaching by my former high school teacher, who instilled in me a passion for engaging with others and improving lives through teaching and learning.
I am passionate about building a community of teachers and fostering collaboration between classrooms and communities. I believe that when education is rooted in both academic excellence and humanity, it has the power to transform lives in meaningful ways.
My goal as an educator is to improve academic performance while actively involving parents in their children’s learning journey. By working together, teachers and parents can create stronger support systems that help learners reach their full potential.
My teaching superpower is the ability to identify my learners’ strengths and weaknesses. This allows me to support learners with barriers and guide each child effectively. My vision for South African education is to see teachers consistently deliver quality teaching and learning, ensuring a brighter future for our country.
