Lufuno Lerato Monguni is a History High School teacher, currently Head of Department for History department at McAuley House School, a Jakes Gerwel Fellowship Alumni, an entrepreneur, a University of Johannesburg and University of Cape Town graduate and a Rotary club member. She started her career in education in the Western Cape at Wynberg Girls High School where she was able to train and enter her learners into the National Schools Moot Court Competition where two of her learners from her school won the national competition in 2022. What makes this incredible is that some schools have coaches for this competition whereas with her learners she was the coach. Today these learners have received bursaries that will allow them to pursue their dreams in various fields.
