I am Mamoledi Winny Shai,I am a young vibrant educator from Bolobedu South in Tzaneen Limpopo. I became a teacher because I wanted to be a change in my community where being a young teacher was not fashionable, I am a teacher who want to connect to a wider world of social change because I want to be a voice of the voiceless young educators who are still trying to find their North Star in the education system. My vision in the education ecosystem is to see all stakeholders engage as equals and for every learner get quality education and be supported to reach their full potential in all aspect of their lives.
