My name is Tshireletso Matlholoa and I completed my studies for a B.E.D degree with a specialisation in the Foundation phase at the university of the Witwatersrand in the year 2016. I am female that enjoys education and value its essence in the learners that I teach. I am motivated, enthusiastic and love teaching. I am still learning, however, I am good at what I do and know for the moment.
I believe there is room for improvement and that being a teacher is a learning process and not a destination in knowledge. I am honoured and prove that I am a valuable asset to the staff team who is willing to contribute 110% of not just my time but my efforts to make the community better.
I am passionate about this programme because it will not only boost morale of teachers, but it will promote team work, increases productivity and collaboration where teachers will foster collaboration, improve teaching practices and be able to reflect on own teaching. Which will ultimately lead to more effective and relevant instruction. My goal is to use our diversity to empower a South African child, to equip our children with 21st century competencies and to promote critical thinking which will deepen understanding through diversity and inclusion.
