Andiswa facilitates and coordinates programmes with PMI in partnership with JASA, equipping young people with entrepreneurial thinking, self-leadership, and the confidence to step into the future with purpose. She’s engaged in leadership networks, including the McKinsey Forward Program, continuously expanding her expertise to innovate in education, youth development, and community initiatives.
She’s actively growing initiatives across schools and communities, equipping learners with essential life skills, leadership experience, and opportunities to prepare for meaningful work.
