I love what I do, I want to be a game-changer in our societies and schools at large. Together with other young teachers, I want to take the Eastern Cape matric pass rate to a better level so that It can be able to compete with other provinces in the country. I aim to inspire learners that with education all is possible. As a young teacher, I want to build problem solvers and critical thinkers to enhance independent individuals for the future. I want children in my community to have a role model in me as an educator, for them to look up to their teachers and get motivated too. Who knows, those learners might be our future leaders and develop more our country? As an educator, I have always wanted to create a safe environment for all so that teaching and learning can be smooth leading to less number of quitters. Together as a team, we can.
