Based: Mmabatho – Mahikeng, North West
I have six years of teaching experience, started my career in 2018 as a young and enthusiastic educator. I possess excellent administration skills, thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, as well as proficiency in minute-taking and extensive experience liaising with stakeholders. Further, I have the capacity to be self-critical, and to accept criticisms with a humble and open spirit.
Highly driven and motivated – I thrive well in an intellectually stimulating environment, confronting challenges to provide suitable solutions, where my passion lies in finding better ways of doing things and applying critical thinking as well as creative thinking, to align to employment requirements where competition and success are linked.
Having led students in my tertiary days as a student leader in the NWU’s Faculty of Education as the Public Relations Officer 2015/16, Secretary General of the Association of Catholic Tertiary Students 2016/17 and later the National President of the above-mention students’ movement, I have gained valuable experience in managing diverse teams taking into consideration different cultures and approaches to achieving the set goals.
Lastly, I chose and still choose to become an educator because I enjoy sharing knowledge as a way of empowering others while at the same time, being empowered in the process.
