I, Mamojaki Mohaladi always wanted to be make a difference in other people’s lives. When I was in grade 11 and deciding on which career to take, one of the aspects that I wanted as a career is to make a difference in other people’s life’s and to be involved in community development. Therefore, this is why I am a proud teacher today.

My goals and interests in the education sector is for education to cater for all children of different gifts, I want learners to be motivated to not drop out of school and to use their acquired education to think outside their comfort zone.

My vision for education in South Africa is for it to strive, more than it is right now. I want it to be a sector where teachers are supported and encouraged to enhance each learners creativity and critical thinking. Where learners are not graded by what they write on paper but how they express their knowledge and interests in methods that suit them.

I believe that my superpower is definitely teaching followed by motivating the youth and supporting/ making a difference in families of my schools community.
