I, Mpho Adelaide Tsikwana have always been an advocate for change, growth and positivity, hence I felt that the best place to instil all of that is in the classroom where the future leaders of this country are. Teaching has always been a passion of mine ever since I was a little girl. The reason I took teaching as a profession is simply because I have always wanted to bring change within my community as cliche as that may sound, I want to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor through Education.
My goal in Education is to see young children seeing Education as a tool that could actually give them a brighter future in our country.
My vision for the South African Education System is to see its curriculum embracing our very own afircan abilities & capabilities and promoting that within our schools, instead of always trying to incorporate what we see abroad.
My superpower is being a PIONEER of greatness, whenever I start something I most definitely see it through the end.
